Can I pay by C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery)? Not at this time. We only accept MasterCard and Visa orders placed in advance via Racebricks.com.

What will it say on my credit card/bank statement? Racebricks Memorabilia, LLC

How do I change my contact information (email address, billing address, phone number, etc.)? Contact our billing department to change your information. Our billing department is open Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. PST. You may reach us by phone at (877) 790-0990, or you may email us at accounting@racebricks.com.

How do I know if my information is safe? Our information is protected by SSL 128-bit encryption. The use of encryption on our pages is indicated by the key/lock symbol at the bottom of your web browser.

Orders

Does the subtotal displayed in the shopping cart include shipping and taxes? No. The subtotal is only the total of all the items you have collected in your shopping cart. Taxes and shipping will be applied later.

How can I check on my orders? Can I track my package? To check on the status of an order that has not shipped yet, please contact our billing department by phone at (877) 790-0990, or you may email us at accounting@racebricks.com. Once your order has been accepted, an email will be sent to the email address you provided listing your invoice and tracking information.

What information is needed to place an order? 1. First and last name.
2. Telephone number.
3. Company or institution (optional).
4. Date by when the order needs to arrive.
5. Shipping address.
6. Credit card information (credit card number, expiration date, and security code on the back of the card).
7. Exact name on the credit card.
8. Exact billing address of the credit card.

Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order by telephone. If the order has been shipped then you will not be credited until we have received the returned items. You may also be subject to a restocking fee.

Registration

Why should I register my product? Registering your product helps us deliver a more customized support experience by keeping track of your specific product, when it was purchased, what terms and conditions apply to your product, and to whom the product belongs. With registration, your order receives faster support, since we will have a record of your purchase that we can use to better serve you. In the case of a damaged product, registration allows Racebricks Memorabilia, LLC to quickly process returns or replacements for your product.

Why do you capture IP addresses? We capture IP addresses whenever there is an error on our site or during login failure. This is needed to investigate possible fraud.

What is SSL? The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is the web standard for encrypting communications between users and websites. Data sent via SSL connection is protected by encryption, a mechanism that prevents eavesdropping or tampering with any transmitted data. SSL provides businesses and consumers with the confidence that private data, such as credit card numbers, are kept confidential. Web server certificates are required to initialize a SSL session.

What encryption do the GeoTrust certificates use? We offer 128-bit encrypted SSL certificates. They offer the highest commercially available level of security and have become the standard for e-commerce enabled websites or sites that collect private information such as credit card numbers, account numbers, or passwords.

Does Racebricks.com use cookies? If so, why? Cookies are small amounts of information that are stored on your hard drive from your browser. At Racebricks.com, we use cookies to track shopping cart contents and whether or not users are logged in.

What does Racebricks.com do to protect my personal financial information? Your financial information is very important to us and is not given out in any way. All vital information is protected with the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption using industry-leading GeoTrust technology. Any time you must provide personal financial information such as credit card numbers, we transmit that information in an encrypted format.

Shipping

What shipping options do you offer for your products? We currently offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day for U.S. orders only.

How long does it take for an order to be shipped? It depends on inventory levels, but usually if your order is in stock it will ship within 24 hours. In addition, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

What is your return policy? At Racebricks Memorabilia, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find it necessary to return your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization number within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be made prepaid freight and must include the original packaging and invoice information so that proper credit may be given. All collect shipments will be refused. Products returned damaged may be subject to handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We suggest sending returns via UPS Ground Service or U.S. Postal Service insured. How do I receive a volume discount? Call our customer service department at (877) 790-0990 or email us at customerservice@racebricks.com.

Can a volume order be returned? No. Volume orders with Racebricks.com cannot be returned.

Is tax charged on volume orders? Tax will be assessed and applied to your order only when shipping to California.
